Planning and coordination of reliability engineering activities at our customers, including analysis of equipment requirements, reliability issues, development of preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
Analyze and implement improvement projects in manufacturing organizations to improve the reliability of their assets, reduce costs and increase production capacity.
Assess the maturity level of the maintenance organization to identify and define a best practice roadmap.
Coaches, supervises, trains and develops maintenance personnel to meet current and future business requirements.
Advising and guiding maintenance managers, maintenance engineers, reliability engineers and all other stakeholders in the asset management process of our customers.
Control maintenance costs by ensuring industry best practice.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with subcontractors and service providers.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
Actively identify and communicate opportunities for both our customers and I-care.
